We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to contribute to our ongoing success and deliver high-quality service in a dynamic team working on both housing and commercial projects in and around Norwich.
Key Responsibilities- Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with a large team to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.
- 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- Ideally hold 2391 (Inspection and Testing), but this is not essential.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in maintenance within housing and commercial environments.
- Availability:
- Must be willing to work 6 Saturdays per year, compensated at an overtime rate.
- Participate in a 1 in 6 on-call rota, with a call-out fee of £250 per week in addition to base pay.
- Temporary Position: Competitive hourly rate during the initial 12 weeks.
- Permanent Package (upon confirmation): £37,500 per annum.
