AWD online is seeking a highly skilled Gardening Professional to join our team. As an Experienced Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing formal gardens and landscapes of the site.

The ideal candidate will have previous gardening or landscape maintenance experience using garden and large estate machinery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and managing formal gardens and landscape of the site
  • Providing seasonal maintenance of the estate in accordance with the programme of works
  • Using and maintaining garden and grounds machinery
  • Formative and rejuvenative maintenance of trees, shrubs, and hedges
  • Maintenance of hard landscaped areas and roads
  • Training in pesticide use and pest control

Desirable qualifications and experience include:

  • City and Guilds/NVQ or equivalent in Horticulture
  • Previous experience as a Gardener or landscape maintenance operative
  • Experience with garden and estate machinery
