Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing the overall performance of the restaurant, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff development.
  • Manage and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement business plans, goals, and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture.
