Are you looking for a challenging role in one of the leading M&A Tax teams, delivering on high-profile buy-outs in Europe and working with top private equity houses and infrastructure funds?
We are seeking a talented Tax Associate/Manager to join our team, where you will have the opportunity to develop your client portfolio, refine your skill set, and build deep client relationships.
As a key member of our team, you will participate in all aspects of the deal cycle, from due diligence services to tax structuring, SPA input, and post-acquisition implementation. You will also have the opportunity to develop your technical skills through training and coaching or by providing it to more junior members of our team.

Key responsibilities include advising UK and international clients on transaction tax and wider commercial M&A issues, managing a portfolio of high-profile projects, and performing due diligence in respect of mergers and acquisitions. Prior M&A experience gained in a professional services firm is preferred.
