Job Title: Science Educator

Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Science Educator to join our team of dedicated professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring Science lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality Science lessons that cater to a range of learning needs and abilities.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and ensuring all students achieve their full potential.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities within the Science department.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment, in line with the school's policies and ethos.
  • Engage with parents and carers to provide updates on student progress and encourage positive home-school partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • A degree in a Science-related subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics).
  • Proven experience teaching Science at secondary level (Key Stages 3 and 4).
  • A passion for delivering engaging, innovative, and inclusive Science lessons.
