Job Title: Swimming Coach

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Swimming Coach to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a key member of our leisure centre, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.

Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About You:

  • You have a passion for teaching and coaching swimming
  • You have a Level 2 Swimming Instruction qualification or higher
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities
  • Communicate with children's parents/guardians
  • Assist in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounds
  • Deal with children and their parents
