Job Summary:

Red Recruits is seeking an experienced Import Export Customs Clerk to join their team in a full-time, permanent position. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and monitoring import and export clearances, liaising with customers and consignees, and arranging transportation for collections and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate import/export shipments and manage general duties related to imports/exports, shipping, and freight forwarding.
  • Handle import/export customs clearance via CDS using in-house software (Multifreight/Multished) and produce timely shipping documentation through Freight Management Systems.
  • Utilize Freight Management System and other Microsoft software such as Outlook, Word, and Excel with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Contribute to team performance by sharing and implementing best practice ideas.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Air, Sea, and Road Import & Export.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and databases.
