**About the Role:** As a Senior Technologist at Resourcing Group, you will play a vital role in driving technical innovation and ensuring the successful implementation of cutting-edge technologies. **Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and participate in the design and development of technologies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to advise on customer projects, ensuring alignment with company capabilities and technical feasibility.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to support project decisions.

**Requirements:**

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or a related field).
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a technology or engineering role.
  • A strong understanding of processes and associated technologies (typical similar industries kilns, furnaces, recycling, thermal processing, energy recovery, nuclear).
  • Proven experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Professional engineering certification (e.g., Chartered Engineer).
