About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and customers to understand their property needs and preferences.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to increase sales performance.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property sales and purchases, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve branch targets and objectives.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, with a basic salary of £20,000 and on-target earnings of £35,000.
