About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our Inpatient team at Nuffield Health Ipswich Hospital. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and rehabilitation to patients on our wards, primarily in elective orthopaedics.

You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, AHPS, and consultants, to optimize patient health and recovery. Our hospital is committed to supporting and mentoring our staff, with access to academy training programs and a range of professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, effective clinical care to patients on our wards.
  • Adhere to our values and beliefs at Nuffield Health, which include being enterprising, passionate, independent, and caring.
  • Ensure ongoing monitoring of treatment standards and participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes.
  • Be compliant with professional, clinical, and integrated governance standards.
Requirements
  • BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, with registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Experience in orthopaedic inpatients is essential.
  • Demonstrate evidence of further professional training and continual professional development.
  • Be a confident communicator with excellent manual therapy skills.
  • Be a competent and confident IT user with strong organization skills.
