£35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate corporate mergers and acquisitions. This involves effectively communicating with clients and third parties to provide advice and assistance. Key tasks include:

  • Deal with clients and third parties over the telephone and in written correspondence.
  • Be responsible for chasing various documentation.
  • Keep the case management system up to date.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be required to prepare completion packs for the accounts department. This includes preparing completion statements and invoices.
