Job Title: RGN - Nursing Home - Nights

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RGN to join our team at a family-run, community-driven care provider with award-winning homes. The successful candidate will have a current NMC registration and more than 2 years of experience in delivering outstanding care to residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver person-centred care.
  • Utilise clinical skills to make decisions and take action in a timely manner.
  • Create well-thought-through care plans and detailed risk assessments.
  • Develop relationships with relatives to support residents better.
  • Ensure medication is ordered, administered, and stored following company procedures and policies.
Requirements:
  • Current NMC registration.
  • More than 2 years of experience in delivering care.
  • Good knowledge of the latest clinical practices.
