About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team in Shropshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and their families.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, adhering to our high standards of care and safety.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve our shared goals and outcomes for the children and young people in our care.
