Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Reward Consultant to join our team at Computacenter (UK) Limited. As a key member of our International Reward team, you will provide expert advice and guidance on all matters relating to Recognition and Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the UK's annual benefit window for approximately 4,200 staff, including scheme and benefit design, system review and testing, and preparing literature.
  • Play an active role in the organisation of promotional events and activities to increase employee benefit engagement and take up.
  • Act as a point of escalation for employee benefit and pension queries, liaising with external suppliers as required.
  • Manage the relationship with our benefit broker and tech provider on behalf of Computacenter.
  • Contribute to the further development of our global recognition platform, including the organisation and delivery of training to employees and managers.
  • Continue the rollout of new long service recognition programmes across multiple countries throughout 2025.
Requirements
  • Experienced within a Reward specialism at a similar level or a strong understanding from working alongside reward processes in an HR generalist role.
  • Experienced in leading annual employee benefit renewal cycles through a platform, including thorough testing and managing 3rd party suppliers to ensure strong service delivery and resolution of issues.
  • Strong numerical and problem-solving skills, with excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, ability to manipulate and understand data.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills to ensure that projects are executed to agreed timescales.
  • Confident in communicating with people at all levels and presenting knowledge in the form of webinars and training to HR and the business.
  • Able to adapt positively to changing work priorities and patterns; ensuring key business and HR deadlines continue to be met.
