Student Support Specialist

Join Solent University's dynamic Mental Health & Wellbeing team as a Mental Health Adviser (Maternity Cover). As a key member of the team, you will work collaboratively with Counsellors to provide specialist advice, support, and interventions to students experiencing emotional and mental health challenges.
Your responsibilities will include assessing students, delivering Triage Duty Responsibilities, and developing and delivering groups and workshops to enhance student well-being. You will also contribute to the development of a multi-disciplinary team to support students' academic success and liaise with external services to ensure seamless referrals.
