Job Title: Backend Software Engineer C++ Linux

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our team at Client Server. As a key member of our Agile team, you will be responsible for designing and developing a new, low latency trade execution system from scratch using modern C++ (C++ 20 / C++ 23) and Template Metaprogramming techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-performance, low-latency trading systems using C++ 20 and C++ 23
  • Collaborate with a range of Investment Management professionals to create cutting-edge trading systems
  • Work across the full development lifecycle, from design and architecture to deployment
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient, and scalable code
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase

Requirements:

  • Advanced C++ development skills, including C++ 20, STL, and Boost
  • Experience with Template Meta Programming (TMP)
  • Strong knowledge of Linux OS and distributed network architecture
  • Good understanding of C++ optimization
  • Thorough knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals, such as OOP, Design Patterns, and Data Structures
