Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Adult Care Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of £12.50, plus mileage pay at 35p per mile. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including flexible hours, holiday pay, and access to further learning opportunities.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide personal care by assisting clients with washing and dressing, enabling clients to maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and physical comfort.
  2. Administer medication as identified in the client's care plan using comprehensive training.
  3. Perform housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of the environment, shopping, laundry, and bill paying.
  4. Prepare meals, assist in preparing drinks and snacks to ensure good nutrition and hydration.
  5. Take clients for appointments or outings.
