About the Role

The Management Accountant position within our Finance team is a critical component of the organization, responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to senior management and stakeholders.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing management accounts, financial analysis, and reconciliations, as well as supporting the management team in the preparation of financial information for senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and review of management accounts, including financial analysis and reconciliations
  • Supporting the management team in the preparation of financial information for senior management
  • Providing accurate and timely financial information to senior management and stakeholders
  • Reconciling accounts and scrutinizing account postings
Requirements

We are seeking a qualified Accountant with at least 3 years of PQE experience, who is a self-starter and has a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, as well as a robust view on internal financial control and a tenacious nature.

The role is based in Hexham, and you must be able to travel to the office 3 days per week.
