We support flexible working requests and have adopted a hybrid approach for most of our office-based roles. We ask employees to be present in the office at least three days per week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Operate as Project Manager focal point for Petrofac PPOEG Organization.
• Interact regularly with project sponsors and stakeholders to build and enhance strong relationships.
• Performance manages the project scopes to supply best in class delivery model.
• Increase top line revenue year on year and optimize contract margin.
• Develop (per client) appropriate project management strategies to ensure 'fit for purpose' delivery.
• Facilitate and lead the creation of task/project budgets, work breakdown structures, high level estimates, task prioritization and integrated plans.
• In collaboration with Supply Chain Management, responsible for the development and implementation of contracting strategies to support the delivery of portfolio.
• Coordinate, resolve, or assist in resolution of conflicts and other issues across the contracts and recommend/provide solutions.
• Facilitate and enable collaborations between project engineers and engineering delivery teams to optimize performance.
• Facilitate, and participate in the planning process and provide input for decisions affecting facility engineering, procurement and construction phases.
• Accountable for competently performing assigned project tasks without supervision.
• Work as a project team member or a member of the project personnel.
• May perform duties of an Engineering Technical Support Specialist
• Able to analyze, diagnose and use project management tools and professional judgement to resolve discreet problems at a senior project management level.
• Appraise the relevant client focal point of the performance of the project element.
• Ensure that the project delivery team works to the defined Project Execution Plans and support the risk management and management of change process during project delivery.
• Maintain regular communication with Operations, Engineering, Construction and Commissioning leads where necessary within the wider project delivery process.
• Play an active role in supporting the Petrofac drive to digitally enhance delivery methods.
• Ensure effective use of Petrofac Project Management Process in the management and discharge of Project activities.
Accountability for Deliverables:
• Services should be provided to enable production of the following deliverables where required as part of project specific works, specific clients and durations will be called off as part of the purchase order.

• Management of change.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
• Knowledge of project management processes
• Knowledge of Engineering & Construction processes
• Working toward membership of a relevant project management institute (preferred)
• Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant Engineering discipline
• Extensive Brownfield knowledge
• Proven track record of managing technical delivery teams on small to medium sized Brownfield projects.
• Strong communicator able to state key project goals and objectives and present them clearly to the project team and stakeholders.
• Able to challenge others in a constructive manner and negotiate successfully with relevant contacts to influence positive decisions and working methods.
