Job Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled High Value Fundraising Specialist to join our team at VMA Direct.

This role requires experience of successfully building trust and connection with community groups, ideally including knowledge of reaching, engaging and activating high risk communities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and experience of high value fundraising practices, particularly in corporate partnerships and major donor giving. They will also have demonstrated success managing high-impact communication projects within a fundraising or similar environment.

The salary for this role is approximately £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including a hybrid working approach, one 'development day' a month, enhanced contributory pension scheme, and life insurance.

Responsibilities
  • Experience of successfully building trust and connection with community groups, ideally including knowledge of reaching, engaging and activating high risk communities.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder relations, particularly in corporate partnerships and donor engagement.
