Nordic Investment Manager, Renewable Energy and Infrastructure Private Equity

About our client
Our client is a leading infrastructure investor seeking an Investment Manager to join its renewable energy-focused team. The team manages several listed and unlisted funds targeting investments in renewable energy projects and associated infrastructure in the UK and Europe, with considerable capital to invest.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute transactions in the renewable energy and infrastructure space
- Collaborate with small teams of investment professionals across multiple transactions
- Develop financial models and asset valuations
- Compose investment memos and investment committee papers
- Identify opportunities for value accretion on existing assets
- Contribute constructive suggestions within team discussions to ensure high-quality deals
Requirements
- Track record of executing transactions in the core renewable energy or infrastructure space in the UK and Europe
- Relevant experience in infrastructure or as a private equity investor or adviser
- Experience with typical project finance structures
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Excellent financial modeling skills and an intuitive feel for model accuracy
- Fluent Nordic language(s) is a necessity
