We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Office Support Specialist to join our team at Sandman Hotel Group.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Office Administrator and possess strong organisational and multitasking skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities include providing administrative support to senior management, managing calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism, and assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Key requirements include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, ability to prioritise tasks and work independently, and attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
