Drainage Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Drainage Professional to join our team at Arcus Solutions, covering Telford and the wider areas.

The primary objective of this role is to perform planned and reactive drainage tasks safely and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing a first line response to all emergencies during normal working hours and an out of hours service when on call, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Diagnosing and identifying faults and failures with equipment and systems, providing effective solutions and escalating where necessary.
• Sponsoring and completing drainage surveys and technical reports as required, and cascading key data to relevant personnel.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, following all health and safety requirements and best working practices.
• Supporting colleagues in building a teamwork approach, including training and upskilling apprentices and communicating regularly.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

• A full UK driving licence (essential)
• CSCS card (desirable)
• High pressure water jetting qualification (desirable)
• Confined space certification (desirable)
• Understanding of commercial drainage systems, ideally gained within a retail environment
• Understanding of CCTV and the ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment.
