As a Centre of Excellence for HIV care, we serve over 3,000 people living with HIV and have the largest cohort of women living with HIV in the country.

Our comprehensive services include inpatient and outpatient care, specialist clinics, and research initiatives. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing cutting-edge care and advancing the field of HIV medicine.

Job Summary

This exciting opportunity is ideal for a highly motivated and experienced nursing professional who can lead and inspire our team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

You will be responsible for providing clinical expertise, management, and leadership to nursing staff, ensuring that nursing care is delivered to a high standard and that resources are managed effectively.

As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will work closely with service users, clinical teams, and operational stakeholders to drive quality improvement and innovation.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead on all aspects of quality management related to nursing practice within HIV care.
  2. Provide strong professional, clinical, and managerial leadership to develop nursing at a strategic and operational level.
  3. Collaborate with the clinical team to create a positive patient experience and promote staff wellbeing within the service.
  4. Work closely with service users, clinical, operational, information, and administrative teams to deliver high-quality care in conjunction with trust objectives.

The successful candidate will possess significant experience in HIV care, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to influence staff at all levels. You will be an independent autonomous practitioner and independent prescriber, with a track record of delivering tangible and sustained improvements.
