Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the team, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of operations.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.
  • Customer Relations: Maintain and enhance relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations, such as BS5839, and implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop staff, conducting performance evaluations and providing ongoing support and feedback as needed.
  • Sales and Marketing: Oversee sales and marketing efforts to promote the company's services, developing strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Requirements
  • Essential: Knowledge of fire alarm systems and industry, with experience managing and growing a FIA/BAFE business.
  • Proven Experience: As a General Manager, Branch Manager, Operations Manager, or Operations Director, with experience in systems, procedures, and processes in a Fire Alarm company.
  • Management Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage SLA's, KPI's, and managing others.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Financial Acumen: Financial acumen and experience managing budgets, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
