We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as a Trainee Headhunter in the FinTech market. As a Trainee Headhunter, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent for our clients in the financial services industry.
About the Role:- Identify and recruit top talent for our clients in the financial services industry
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Conduct targeted searches to identify potential candidates
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for client roles
- Guide and support candidates throughout the interview process
- Actively network with candidates and industry connections to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience
- Ideal degree-educated background
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
