About the Role

We are currently looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to work on fit-out projects in Armagh, Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for the commercial management of various projects, working closely with the Senior QS and Project Manager.

The ideal candidate should have a degree qualification or other relevant qualifications, experience working on fit-out and/or refurbishment projects, and minimum 3 years' experience in a Quantity Surveyor role. They should also be commercially astute, articulate, and able to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities include preparation and submission of valuations, collation of variation quotations, procurement and management of sub-contractor accounts, and review of main contract documents. They will also provide contractual advice to the project team and prepare monthly CVR/Cost Reports and final accounts.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 + excellent package
