Job Description

We're seeking a passionate and customer-focused Poker Manager to join our team at our Bury New Road casino in Manchester. As a Poker Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and managing the team that delivers the gaming experience to our customers, ensuring that they have an exceptional time at our casino.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and manage the team to provide an exceptional gaming experience to our customers.
  • Develop relationships with customers to make them feel valued and increase their engagement with our casino.
  • Work closely with the Customer Services Manager to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.
  • Define and implement efficient operating procedures for the Poker Room.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal with a variety of issues.
  • Extensive knowledge of all games operated in the Poker Room.
  • Understanding of rules related to Tournament and Cash Game play.
  • Experience in leading a team and creating a positive work environment.
