Job Title: Line Chef Position

About Us: Bootlegger Bars Ltd Careers seeks a skilled Line Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team in Richmond.

  1. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent culinary skills.
  2. The successful applicant will work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high-quality dishes and ensure a seamless dining experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to instructions from the Head Chef.
  • Prep, wash, and chop meal components for larger dishes.
  • Plate meals according to the instructions of the Head Chef.
  • Restock kitchen items.
  • Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment.
  • Clean the prep station and put away equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to prep and cook menu items according to instructions.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Cleanliness.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years of kitchen experience.
  • Knowledge of the restaurant industry.
  • Food-handling certification.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Passionate about food and food service.
