About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to lead our site finance team. Your primary responsibility will be to implement and maintain effective financial processes and systems, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to drive business decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders, including management and external partners.
  • Financial Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of financial objectives.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: ACCA or CIMA qualified or working towards (or equivalent).
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar finance management role, ideally in a similar environment with open/closed book contracts.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
