Design and Develop Innovative CPU Architectures

We are seeking a highly skilled Microprocessor Engineer to join our team at European Tech Recruit. As a key member of our hardware development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge CPU architectures that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new CPU architectures with a focus on performance, power efficiency, and scalability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define interfaces between hardware, firmware, and operating systems
  • Work with a wider team of experts to ensure client requirements are met and architectural excellence is achieved
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of CPU architecture and micro-architecture features
  • Familiarity with ARM/RISC-V/MIPS architecture and current CPU core micro-architecture
  • Strong understanding of modeling microprocessors using higher-level languages like C/C++
  • Prior experience with technologies such as AVX, SVE, SME, CCA, and Morello/CHERI

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
  • Working experience in software development, including C programming and knowledge of low-level assembler programming languages
  • Understanding of CPU architecture and micro-architecture features
  • Familiarity with ARM/RISC-V/MIPS architecture and current CPU core micro-architecture
  • Strong understanding of modeling microprocessors using higher-level languages like C/C++
  • Prior experience with one or more of the following technologies: AVX, SVE, SME, CCA, and Morello/CHERI
