The role of Senior Manager involves leading multiple audit engagements from planning through to finalisation of reports within agreed timescales. This requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the insurance sector.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. You will also be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships at audited entities and working with senior-level staff to develop and implement effective audit strategies.
We are looking for an experienced professional with ACA / CA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualification and prior experience in a similar role. Relevant insurance sector audit experience is essential, as is up-to-date technical knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS102 and IFRS.
A significant portion of your time will be spent leading external audits, managing a portfolio of clients, and leading audit teams. You will also be expected to manage, train, and coach team members to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to deliver high-quality results.

Our estimated salary for this role is £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
