Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Control Engineer / Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading projects and motivating the team to design and develop control software for industrial applications. This includes:
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of PLC and HMI software development
  • Leading project teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Mentoring and guiding junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • At least 5 years of experience designing and writing PLC and HMI software from first principles
  • A strong understanding of Siemens S7, TIA, Rockwell, Bosch Rexroth CoDeSys, and other PLC and Safety systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
