Project Financial Controller

S Guest Consultancy Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to oversee the financial and commercial aspects of construction projects.
Job Description:The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial management, contract negotiation, risk assessment, and team leadership.
- Financial Management: Develop and implement cost plans and budgets for construction projects.
- Contract Management: Negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial risks associated with projects.
- Cost Planning and Control: Monitor project expenditures and implement cost-saving measures.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed commercial reports for senior management.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of quantity surveyors and commercial staff.
- Client Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with clients and address commercial issues.
- Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years' experience in a commercial management role within the construction industry.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction contracts, financial management, and commercial best practices.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant construction and financial management software.
