About The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home, creating and updating individual care plans, and maintaining accurate medication records. You will also provide day-to-day support and guidance to the team, promoting independence, choice, and dignity for our residents. Additionally, you will build lasting relationships with our residents and their families, fostering a sense of community and belonging.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must hold a valid UK NMC pin and commit to ongoing professional development. You should have a strong understanding of quality nursing care principles and be able to prioritize tasks efficiently while working as a compassionate team player. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for this position.
