Position Overview

Role: Machine Operator

Contract Type: Ongoing temporary contracts

Shift Patterns: 2 shift and 3 shift options available

Hourly Rate: £14.16 for 2 shift, £14.86 for 3 shift

Experience Required: Previous machine operating experience in a production environment is essential.

About the Role

Kinetic Recruitment is seeking skilled Machine Operators for long-term temporary contracts. These positions are based at a reputable manufacturing site.

The successful candidates will be engaged in full-time roles with the potential for permanent employment following the training phase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machinery.
  • Complete all necessary documentation in accordance with quality standards.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are returned to their designated locations after use.
  • Assist the on-shift supervisor with assembly and testing operations as required.
  • Follow Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs) and Risk Assessments for all production tasks.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a background in heavy manufacturing and have hands-on experience with various types of machinery.
