Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive our growth in the UK/Europe, focusing on expanding our presence within film, TV, and commercial sectors.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Business Development and be instrumental in advancing our strategic goals, fostering long-term partnerships, and contributing to the company's overall success and growth trajectory.

Our software is used by thousands of casting directors in the UK, USA & Europe on a daily basis, making us the go-to solution for the entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to secure new business within the film and TV production sectors.
  • Lead Generation: Compile and research lead lists and create email sequences to engage new business.
  • CRM Management: Utilise CRM systems to manage, analyse, and optimise customer interactions and data throughout the business development process.
  • Event Representation: Represent TS brands at industry events, expos, and conferences, engaging with potential clients and promoting our software.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3 - 5 years in film/TV/commercial or digital production.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to use them for effective sales and customer relationship management.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: This role is based in the UK/Europe and requires regular travel to industry events and client meetings.
