Job Title: Design Manager
Job Summary:
The Electronics Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Design Manager to join our team. As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design team and overseeing the development of innovative and effective design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the design team, ensuring that all design projects are completed to the highest standard.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate the design team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that design solutions meet business objectives.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure that design solutions meet business needs.
Requirements:
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Design Skills: Highly skilled in design principles, with a strong understanding of design software and tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, with the ability to develop and implement design solutions that meet business objectives.
