Payroll Manager EMEA

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations for the EMEA region. This is a new and exciting opportunity to lead a team of four analysts and ensure the efficient and accurate processing of payroll in multiple countries within the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of payroll operations, processing payroll, ensure accuracy, compliance with legal requirements and timely distributed payments for EMEA employees.
- Manage and mentor a team of payroll analysts, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Oversee and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees in the EMEA region.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local, regional, and international payroll regulations and standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of payroll operations.
- Manage relationships with external payroll vendors and service providers.
- Address and resolve any payroll-related issues or discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work closely with HR, Benefits, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations and data integrity.
- Drive payroll-related projects and improvements, including payroll implementations in new countries.
- 7+ years total payroll experience w/ 5+ years of multi-country experience (4 or more countries)
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, standards, tax laws and compliance requirements in the EMEA region
- Strong proficiency in MS Office especially Excel
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
