Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational activities of our properties, ensuring compliance with health and safety, environmental, and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To manage and monitor service charge budgets, prepare management reports, and proactively manage risk in accordance with client requirements.
  2. To assist in the compilation of external contracts, maintain records, and liaise with local authorities as necessary.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on property or portfolio management.
  • Demonstrated line management experience and knowledge of technical aspects of premises management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
