Job Title: SEN Case Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled SEN Case Officer to join our team in Camden. The successful candidate will support the CSF Special Educational Needs Team in carrying out statutory Education, Health and Care (EHC) needs assessments of children and young people with special educational needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the administration of the EHC needs assessment process in accordance with statutory guidelines.
  • Coordinate the contribution of parents and professionals in a timely manner.
  • Maintain records, reports, and correspondence related to EHC needs assessments in an orderly and timely manner.
  • Ensure that all involved professionals have access to necessary information using agreed information management systems.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of SEN and EHC needs assessments.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using information management systems.
