Influencer Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team at Tenpin Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns that align with our brand goals and objectives
- Identify and partner with top influencers to create engaging content and drive brand awareness
- Manage the entire contracting process, including research, selection, and negotiation
- Oversee the annual influencer budget and maintain the influencer marketing calendar
- Report on campaign successes and provide insights for future improvements
- Collaborate with the Content Team to bring influencers on-site for content creation and identify new opportunities to drive business goals
- Enhance collaboration with the PR influencer agencies to optimize their services
- Assist the Social Media Lead with channel management, including copywriting, community engagement, and content planning
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results and driving business growth
- Strong relationships-building skills and effective communication with diverse stakeholders
- Expertise in cultural trends and influencer dynamics, integrating insights into strategies
- Creative thinker identifying innovative opportunities and supporting with content ideas
- Social media experience and a keen eye for spotting marketing opportunities
