Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Jewson Civils Frazer. As a key member of our branch management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for sales growth and implement strategies to achieve targets.
  • Lead and support the branch team to achieve sales and customer service goals, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and implement branch plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
