Sales and Events Manager - Wakefield

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Events Manager to join our team at Mecca Bingo in Wakefield. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new membership sign-ups and managing all customer events across our venues in the Yorkshire region.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and events management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for managing and leading an operational service to deliver outstanding results, shaping and influencing the business to drive its success.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and dedication. You will be working closely with our events team to deliver exceptional events and experiences for our customers, and will be responsible for managing budgets and resources to ensure successful event delivery.

We are looking for someone who is a natural communicator, with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new membership sign-ups and manage all customer events across our venues in the Yorkshire region
  • Manage and lead an operational service to deliver outstanding results, shaping and influencing the business to drive its success
  • Work closely with our events team to deliver exceptional events and experiences for our customers
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure successful event delivery
  • Develop and implement sales and events strategies to drive business growth and revenue
