About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Aviva's Customer Data team as a Software Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative software solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Java, Springboot, and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
  • Ensure the platform is performant, robust, cost-effective, easy to change, and secure.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements, challenges, and solutions.

What You'll Get:

  • Salary: Circa £40,000 (location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
  • Bonus opportunity of 8% of annual salary (actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's).
