Job Title: Swim Instructor

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Manor House Country Hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating individuals of all ages in swimming techniques and water safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct swimming lessons for various skill levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers.
  • Educate students on water safety practices and the importance of swimming skills.
  • Develop lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of each student.
  • Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment in and around the pool area.
  • Communicate effectively with students and their guardians regarding progress and any concerns.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in sports coaching or swim instruction.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • A passion for teaching and a strong understanding of swimming techniques.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Certification in CPR, First Aid, or relevant swim instructor qualifications is an advantage.
  • Must be able to demonstrate swimming proficiency in various strokes.
