About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team at Microlise. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the technical direction of our software development efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor technical team members to improve their performance and skills
  • Identify and prioritize technical training needs within the team
  • Develop and maintain technical domain designs and architectures
  • Lead the identification and resolution of technical debt
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Advocate for design reviews and technical evangelism
  • Implement patterns of enterprise architecture
  • Collaborate with architecture-focused road maps
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a productive work environment
