Role Summary:

This role is responsible for managing and maintaining payroll processing systems, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions, and assisting with Credit Control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions.">
  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates, including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.">
  • Assists with Credit Control processes, including generation and distribution of debtors reporting.">
  • Processes bad debt write-offs and passes bad debt accounts to Legal.">
  • Administers the Legal Department debt system and processes legal forms for small claims.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Good history in processing company payroll.">
  • Computer literacy, including use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Sage payroll and Excel.">
  • Willingness to undertake further CPD and training.">
  • Good knowledge of information technology, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and in-house databases.">
  • Driving Licence.">

Salary and Benefits:
