  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve workflow.
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, including ISO9001:2015.
  • Renew and maintain construction-related memberships and accreditations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Communicate with the site landlord on all matters relating to offices and yard.
  • Organize ongoing training requirements.
  • Investigate and implement smarter and leaner ways of working in line with business requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations.
Other Duties:
  • Assist with the planning of work and installation.
  • Liaise and build a rapport with customers.
  • Keep insurances up to date and communicate relevant information to the insurance company.
  • Follow up after each project with the client to capture accurate feedback.
  • Work with the internal team on marketing projects.
  • Develop processes and policies to help grow the company with other team members and the Director.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties required by the company.
Required Skills and Attributes:
  • 5 years of experience as an Administration Manager.
  • Excellent understanding of office management processes.
  • Experience with financial and facilities management principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong IT skills using Cloud 365.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Friendly, confident, and well-spoken.
  • Good listening skills.
  • Numerate and literate.
  • Confident and strong team player within a small team.
  • Ability to multitask.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday with a 30-minute lunch break.
