About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for developing new and improving existing solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies, focusing primarily on Power Platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and service transition of solutions working in collaboration with our operational teams.
  • Troubleshoot complex problems, including preview and early adopter technologies, with a determination to understanding root cause.
  • Collaborate with wider teams to drive operational improvement and incident reduction to improve overall colleague experience.
Requirements
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Power Platform, with focus on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents).
  • Familiarity with working in an Agile/Sprint environment.
  • Automation first mindset and experience of using automation in solutions or to solve problems.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Proficient with designing and execution of test scenarios.
  • Able to learn and develop skills independently using training resources.
